*Items require a deposit/ full payment when ordering, due to Personalisation of products.

*Deposit secures any item- Items will not be held until deposit is paid.

*Deposits are non refundable

*Orders Cannot be changed once your order has been placed

as most orders are started/completed quickly after order is placed-

-please notify me asap if you have made a mistake when placing your order.

*Any damages/breakages must be reported to me within 2 days of order being received. 

*Any faulty items need to be returned for exchange or refund.

*All items are individually personalised and designed by Personalised by Paula.

*Please note important information regarding colour(s) of products

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop,

tablet and phone screen has a different

capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos

to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand

the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.

*Unfortunately no refunds can be given on personalised items. (no exceptions)

*Buyer pays return postage

*(Please ensure if you checked all details submitted before placing

your order as mistakes cannot be rectified later)

*Human errors can occur so if there is a mistake on an item, on my part,

please contact me ASAP and I will rectify it, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your order.

*Delivery by Courier/Post Available anywhere in Ireland. Max €6 up to 10kg

*No liability accepted for unregistered post if undelivered, I recommend using our tracked delivery service €6

*Orders will be normally dispatched within 2-4 days of payment being received.

*An Post takes approx 3-5 working days (Subject to delays out of my control)

*If your item has not arrived within 10 working days please contact me- please wait at least 10 working days for your order as delays by An Post are out of my control.
